CritterBlok Installation Guide

Follow these steps to install your CritterBlok PowerGuard system around your solar panel array.

Step 1: Attach CritterBlok Clip to Panel Frame

Position the CritterBlok clip onto the edge of the solar panel frame, ensuring it seats flush against the frame rail.

Step 2: Fasten with #2 Phillips or 5/16" Driver

Using a #2 Phillips or 5/16" driver, tighten the provided fastener to secure the clip firmly to the panel frame.

Step 3: Install PowerGuard Mesh

Once the clip is secure on the solar panel, install PowerGuard by placing the mesh piece against the face of the clip and securing with the provided fasteners.

Step 4: Complete the Perimeter

Continue installing clips and mesh around the perimeter of the array. Cut around any obstacles like rails or vents until the entire perimeter is secured.

Step 5: Splice Mesh Sections if Needed

When necessary, you may use the CritterBlok clip as a splice plate to join two pieces of mesh together seamlessly.
